Comcast Remote: Love it? Hate it? : Comcast Voices

Generally Cable MSOs don’t strike me as the most innovative of technology companies. That said, Comcast has been somewhat aggressive in the last few years with acquiring technology companies to help it incorporate new web and technology capabilities (thePlatform and Plaxo to name two). With Fancast and other services, the company has been more innovative than its cable peers, and this use of forums for outreach to consumers of another way the company is using web technologies.
