Verizon plans app mart for Hub Web phone by Reuters: Yahoo! Tech 
Verizon is broadening the target audience for its Hub and building an app store for the gadget, which is designed to serve as an Internet-enabled wireless device for the kitchen counter. The carrier plans to offer the Hub to non-VZW users, and has stepped up its marketing efforts with prime-time TV commercials. But the Hub is a tough sell in this brutal economy, requiring a$200 upfront fee and a $35 monthly subscription.
