B&N's Nook just got the ball rolling on an e-book reader price war ( http://www.engadget.com/2009/10/22/amazons-international-kindle-surprises-owners-with-20-refund/ ). Paul Sweeting made a good point that e-book sales are a drop in the bucket compared to traditional print ( see: http://pro.gigaom.com/2009/10/irrational-exuberance-over-e-books/ ) but when prices start dipping to mass market levels (soon please), watch out.
