Q. What does an annual research subscription to GigaOM Pro include?

Q. How does the social login feature work?
A. You can connect your existing GigaOM Pro account to your favorite social network (Twitter, LinkedIn or Facebook) via the new sign in window on our front page (see below for an example). Simply follow the two-step instructions in the display window to complete this onetime process. Once you have connected your GigaOM Pro account to your designated social media account, you can sign in to GigaOM Pro using your social media credentials.

A.No. While other GigaOM Pro members will be able to view the information you personally choose to post to your profile and the comments that you post on GigaOM Pro, GigaOM Pro will never automatically share what you read and comment on. Q. How much does the annual subscription cost?
A. The cost of a subscription is $299 per year. We’ll automatically renew your plan each year using the credit card information you keep on file. In order to streamline the renewal process, please ensure your credit card information is up to date in your account settings.

Q. I’m a current GigaOM Pro subscriber. Will you honor my previous subscription fee? How will the increase in a Pro subscription affect me?
A. As a current GigaOM Pro subscriber, you won’t be affected. Your current subscription rate is guaranteed for for the next two years (ie, your original rate will be charged for your next two renewal cycles). We’ll automatically renew your plan each year using the credit card information you keep on file. In order to streamline the renewal process, please make sure your credit card information is up to date in your Account Settings area.

Q. How do I cancel a free trial subscription to GigaOM Pro?
A. During the 7-day free trial, you may cancel at anytime and your credit card will not be charged. To cancel your trial, login to GigaOM Pro and select the “Subscriptions” option under the My Account menu in the upper righthand corner of the browser window. Once there, click on the “Cancel” link and you’ll receive a Subscription Expiration confirmation via email.

Q: How do I cancel a paid subscription to GigaOM Pro?
A. Subscriptions are annual and renew automatically. If you no longer wish to renew your subscription, simply login and use the menu in the upper right and select,

Click on the ‘Cancel’ link and your subscription will not be renewed.
