The tech blogs are abuzz over news that the iPhone 5 won’t allow owners to use both voice and data simultaneously on Sprint or Verizon Wireless, although AT&T users will enjoy that functionality. J.D. Power has some interesting new data in its latest annual tablet customer satisfaction survey, as TechCrunch is reporting this morning. While the iPad fared best in the survey, Amazon’s Kindle Fire placed a mere six points behind, thanks largely to its price point. Apple trotted out its latest iPhone today, and there were no substantial surprises. The new handset supports LTE as expected, and its larger screen and thinner form also conformed to earlier reports.
