Richard Stiennon is the author of Surviving Cyberwar (Government Institutes, 2010) and the soon to be published Cyber Defense: Countering Targeted Attacks. He has covered the IT security industry for 15 years. He was VP Research for network security at Gartner, VP Threat Research at Webroot Software, and CMO at Fortinet.
Stiennon has a BS in Aerospace Engineering and is studying at King’s College London to get an MA in War in the Modern World.
