About Tom:
My background includes IT, consulting, training, software implementation, and support. I’ve worked for numerous firms large and small. I began computing on an IBM 1401, which I can sum up by saying that to truly appreciate an operating system you have to have been one.
In addition to mainframes I worked with many systems from the early 80s on: PCs, Macs, the major UNIX players and minicomputers. Along the way I’ve been a Consultant, Project Manager, Network Administrator, Client Services Manager, and worn many other hats. This varied technical background provides a wide variety of application, systems, and business experience.
